The staff is very helpful - especially the front office staff. There is free internet to use in the lobby. the size is appropriate (not big). the bathroom is complete
AC is good. Free Internet facilites, no swimming pool.The front office staff are excellent. The breakfast is good, many varieties of food. there are tourist services in the morning, but I do not ask for their help. No garden, but there is room at the top that is used as a restaurant. good view from there. it is very close to the historical objects such as Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque. there is a tram station close to the hotel.

Our room was very clean but very small. It was quite noisy as it was right beside the lift.
We were impressed with the hotel staff - they were very helpful.
The buffet breakfast was the best that we had on the continent - had two other lots of accommodation in Turkey and we stayed in Germany and Italy.
