Rooms are small and clean. No bathrobes until many requests made. Room cleaning levels poor. We booked a Bosphorus view - and did not get one. There were only 2 operational restaurants and the hotel was busy. Service was poor and food and drinks extortionate. Everything about the hotel was set up for the ease of the Management and not the customers. Example being breakfast. Eggs only available as Omelette or scrambled as any other options "would add too much complexity" according to the Maitre D. Long queues for any hot food at breakfast. Often no tables to sit at so had to wait. Plus side: Taxis were always available and cheap. Hotel property has good views of the Bosphorus.
Would not go back. There are better hotels for the same money.
