The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located closed to the historical centre. I found it as not correct that all the services offered by the staff are quoted in Euros.

Great location but very small room .our twin is about 3.5*5 m in size bed is 0.90*2 m.
nearly don't have space to put your suitcase,fairly clean.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Tram stop is about 50 meter away .T4 bus is not available when we arrived.but longer tram route is finished,study the change before you arrive.Don't forget to walk the street along the tram to Grand bazzar ,it's great at night.Total for city and hotel location is great.The size of room is problem.Good for money.
