The grounds and facilities of the hotel were nice. the food was varied and good. The staff were not customer orientated and did not answer requests, demonstrate service, have manners. We did not get the room we booked and had to make do with an alternative - without apology from the management. We had to sit in the foyer for 3 hours whilst they sorted out an alternative and they didn't even offer a drink. Room clean and adequate. Nice pools, tennis courts and restaurants. Very poor customer service, not polite, more interested in gossiping with each other, not apologetic for serious booking errors they made. Good food range, although they have a day a week where they put out all the left overs for breakfast which were somewhat stale. Away from the busy beach but within reach by foot to the old town and the beach. Taxis outside hotel.
