The hotel staff were pleasant to your face but only interested in taking more money from you at every available opportunity. The room provided a small fridge but you could not take any food or drinks into the hotel you had to buy supplies from the hotel shop which had a very limited range of over priced drinks and snacks (300-400% mark up on tourist shop prices in town) and restricted opening hours. Any food or drink based gifts or souvenirs were confiscated at reception and several guests forgot to collect them on checking out. The hotel facilities were very limited and the room furnishings were not up to the 4 star rating they advertise. Paint runs on tiles in the bath room, cracked glass in the one picture in the room, a shower fitting that did not work, toilet seat that did not fit and was loose, sheets that were ripped and did not fit the bed. Poor lighting hid stains and other marks as the maintenance of the hotel was minimum and poor. A comparison would be an average 2 star Bulgarian resort hotel.
Large room and bed but the bathroom was of a very poor standard of fitting and decoration. Poor quality and low maitenance. Pleasent staff but ineffective, minimum effort made bu staff to answer qusetions and took a long time. Tended to brush off with an easy answer instead of answering the real question.
Did not use the facilities as they were of poor quality on inspection when deciding whether to use or not. the music was too loud and was of poor quaility and Bingo every night. Water filters and pumps were not working and the pools were full of sand and were cold although stating 28 degrees.
