Staff are not well trained. At the cafe, one of the assistant servants wrongly recorded a sandwich by a drink but I did not aware (I do not know French) and signed. The original staff discovered and very angry and went to my room straight away and complaint I did not signed for the sandwich. On the day I checked out, there was an amount double counted (TDN 8 or Euro 5.5) and I told the cashier I did not consumed double, she checked all the signed bills but could not find a duplicate however, she still insist me to double pay for that particular amount otherwise I have to wait for the senior mangaer to approve me to go. Her immediate supervisor come and still cound not find the duplicated amount but he also does not allow me to go. As I was in a hurry I paid and then go. I wounder why a 5 Star hotels behavior like this. The mistake was made by the staff but they assume the client were cheating them. Bascially not bad except the behavior of the staff are not well trained. The layout and facility of the hotel are good. Most of the servants are not well trained. They were too eager for a minor amount of money and assumed the clients are cheating them. The Captain at the Tunisia Restaurant has facial descrimination behavioural.
