This is our third visit to the hotel and we always choose it because of the high standard, friendliness and good service. Just one small complaint!! No cornflakes, when you have so much to choose from at breakfast. The restaurant is perfect in every way....

It was an enjoyable stay and the staff were friendly and most could speak English
The only problem I had was the door card did not work sometimes at first but the hotel rectified it and one morning there we no table available for breakfast due to the amount of people staying at the hotel but overall it was a hassle free stay and would stay there again if I return to Udon Thani

The rooms are not at all well insulated against noise. During my stay I find the function that was carried on(I think which is a wedding) make so much noise that I cant sleep at all. The noise that came through the wall was tremendous. I dont think I will come to stay there again from this experience. Otherwise is a great hotel. Too bad the sound proofing is so poor.
