We have stayed at the Weekender in a Thai style House with our 2 Children. It was an easy way to stay. The Pool was good for our children, cause nobody used it much . :-) The beach is good. The Room was basic but clean and large, so we enjoyed it there.
The staff was very friendly and makes the Job with a smile ( greetings to Nan).
We can higly recommend the Weekender specially for Familys and people who have nothing to do with sextourism.....

Bungalow room next to busy street, noisy bars, bathroom substandard, one powerpoint to TV. Air conditioner with no thermostat. Oldest part of the hotel. Better rooms available at this resort. Pool heavily chlorinated and burnt eyes, requiring goggles. Staff courteous and friendly. Next to all main beach attractions, shops, beach, restaurants, bars. Beautiful gardens well maintained. Do not take the bungalows, book into main hotel, away from road and closer to the beach.
