We stayed in a beachfront villa which was large and suitably furnished. My only real complaint about the room was the door into the bathroom which was extremely heavy on a self closing hinge which could not be left open. Very annoying! We ended putting a chair against it when we were trying to shower and dress to allow some airconditioning to filter through as the bathroom was hot but it was constantly in the way. The door itself was so heavy to open and close that it may be difficult for some people to use.The room when we first checked in was clean, however during our 9 night stay the sheets were never changed nor was the floor swept.The bathrooms towels were changed daily but were very threadbare. Our beach towels were only changed once and that was at our request, if we hadn't asked they would never have been changed.Overall, we had a lovely stay, the pool was great and the restaurant food was good. Reception staff and the shuttle drivers were excellent. Hats off to the Chef at breakfast who knew how my husband liked his eggs and cooked them to perfection every morning as soon as we entered the restaurant so we didn't have to wait. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

It located in the midway of Chaweng and Lamai. No beach but cliff. If you want to swim, you could only swim in the pool. The good thing is that you can enjoy ocean view from you bed and jacuzzi. The hotel provide shuttle service to Chaweng and Lamai any time. The shuttle looks like a tuk tuk and I found that this is the only one of the kind and everybody looked at us when we drive on the street. The food is not so good. The Morning we leave, a waitress in the restaurant hold a knife and want to kill her colleague. Amazing. If I go so Samui again, I will stay in Lamai. I like the atmosphere there.
