The Pavilion Samui Boutique Resort is a superior three-star resort, nestled among 2.6 acres of tropical gardens along a long sandy beach that is great for swimming and strolling. Spacious guest bungalows are elegantly decorated and designed with a blend of modern and traditional Thai elements. All bungalows and suites feature private balconies and are well-equipped for comfort and relaxation. An array of leisure facilities and nearby water sports add to the enjoyment of this tropical island getaway.
This very nice upscale property on Lamai Beach has 4 distinctive room types. The building at the back of the resort holds the Superior Spa rooms on the second floor, these rooms are spacious (37 sqm) and offer a Jacuzzi Spa. The Spa Junior Suite (55 sqm) are located on the ground floor and offer a Jacuzzi plunge pool. The next category is the Hydro Pool Villa located more towards the front of the resort, these villas have a 2.5 by 4 meters hydro pool and are very private. The highest category is the Grand pool villa (160 sqm) with a bigger pool (3 by 5 meters) and are located around the beach area which is good as well. Decorations and amenities are nicely done in a modern Thai style. 2 restaurants, a bar and a spa compliment this well done resort that has no hills or slopes and is therefore easily accessible.

Accomodation and rooms are great. Service and professionalism can be improved and don't meet the criteria of a 5 star rating.

Loved the hotel. It was classy yet relaxed and very nice staff. Food was good at all times. The only thing I needed to get used to is the slight lights shining through the blinds at night, from the front of our room, which I got used to in no time. Very quite place and a lovely beach and pool to swim in.

I was very concerned when we pulled up to find construction across the street. Luckily, once you get inside the hotel complex, you do not hear any construction noise. We had two pool suites and each was great. We had shower drainage issues at one point which were attended to immediately. The breakfast buffet is excellent and we enjoyed two dinners there as well. The staff is very friendly.

Pavillion Samui Resort is a place to relax and enjoy a nice holiday on Koh Samui. Staff is really frinedly and tries to satisfy all your expectations. We (couple + 2.5 year old boy) enjoyed our holiday and think about coming back to Koh Samui.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel despite a few hiccups. We are awed by the beautifully maincured landscape garden, the room was tastefully deccorated, spacious and well maintained except for the aircon which broke down twice during our stay. We had to check into another room whilse waiting for it to be repaired which was quite a hassle as we had small children with us. The aircon was still noisy after repair. BUT the every morning breakfast and view at THE PATIO made up for very down side. The pool is small but has a special appeal. The food is remarkable so be prepared to pay more. We didnt find the staff particulary friendly although they were very well informed and polite. If you are looking for a nice, cosy, romantic and quiet resort, Pavilion is it. We walked just about the entire lamai beach and concluded that it was certainly a right choice we made. Highly recommended!
