Cozzy and quiet hotel with excellent staff and considerate facilities. The location is convenient cuz you can go for shopping and for a bite at Lamai and Chaweng easily. Best is the a fantastic Spa is located nx door! We stayed there for 4 nights and just don't wanna leave. Guess that we might book it again nx time when we're at Samui....

The layout of the hotel, landscaping and beach front are plus points but the service, cleaniness and maintainence are negative points. It was peak period and the hotel definitely does not have enough man-power to handle the
high occupancy. For a hotel of just two years standing, the wear and tear is surprisingly obvious. I picked this hotel because of the stated high percentage of customer satisfaction but my experience there does not support this figure. Given another opportunity, I will not pick this hotel again.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff took such good care of our family. The only complaint I have is that I have a teenage son and there were women topless out by the pool and he didn't feel comfortable going swimming. Going topless is not acceptable in Thai culture or in our American culture.

fantastic hotel!!! we stayed for 4 nights and did not want to leave. the staff were very friendly and this hotel was by far the best value for money in Thailand we have stayed in.
