Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort & Spa is the ideal place to escape from it all. Luxuriously appointed rooms and suites, each with its own jacuzzi and modern facilities are designed to meet your every need. Relax in the tranquil surroundings; it's simply an unforgettable experience.
Located on the outskirts of Chaweng the Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort & Spa is a good choice for young couples due to the location and nice rooms at reasonable rates. There are 40 superior (located in the building) and deluxe villas at this resort with their own Jacuzzi and patio or terrace. The restaurant offers a nice view over the ocean. There is also a nice small spa and restaurant with fine Italian cuisine.

Rated #18 for all Koh Samui hotels
We spent 2 weeks in Thailand on this visit and Baan Haad Nam was one of our favorite hotels. Excellent pool area with very friendly and polite staff. Nice location on beach and either a 20 min walk into the centre of town or short taxi ride away. Highly recommended...

The location is quite convenience and near to the airport (just 5 mins by taxi), but the hotel shuttle bus service to the airport charges THB250 per person. Hotel area is too open to the public as there was a public road in between the hotel. It is unsecured. It was quite disappointed that even a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided to the customers. Besides, there was a cat sat under / walked around our dining table. It was very annoying and the waitress could not offer any help.

Touts a beach front which is an absolute lie as there is no beach at all, never has been
A watch out for families with kids, the hotel grounds while very nice indeed are not kid friendly at all. There is ample opportunity for your child to easily trip and seriously injure themselves. Adults with restricted mobility are also advised to take this into consideration.

Staff generally very helpful and friendly. Restaurant very well located with superb view and good food. Rooms well furnished, quiet and comfortable. Pool area was rather confined. Sun loungers were all close together with little chance of privacy. Hotel was quite far from the centre and the hotel shuttle bus finished early. Was therefore necessary to use a taxi in the evening to get to and from the centre.

The service was EXELLENT! The location was prefect for us, not too close to the hassle of the main street in Chaweng, but not too far away either. And the pool was beautiful, the restaurant had a great location with the beautiful ocean wiew. We stayed at different locations during our stay in Thailand, but we got the definite best service at Baan Had Ngam! Thanks for a perfect stay at your hotel!!!

The hotel it´s lovely, also the Restaurant.
It´s a little bit far from the center, but you can find on the door cars and taxis to go to the center, anda it takes 5 minutes.
It´s in an area where the beach has not much sand, so you can´t lay in that part of the beach, but the water it´s cleaner than in the rest of Chaweng beach.
Lovely staff and nice views. I would repeat for sure.

Although the pool is not big, but it is really very nice with seaview. Hotel is like a garden. Rooms are well decorated. Staff are very friendly. Everyday we get one basket of fruits. And on the coming even with one more champagne for our honey moon.

Liked that the hotel had a nice beach front, with the swimming pool facing it no less! The heater in the bathroom could have been warmer but the warm and hospitable Thai staff more than made up for it. Also liked the fact that the hotel was near but not right in town. Didn't mind the short trips that we had to make on the took-tooks in exchange for a little more quiet. Tradtitional Thai Massage at the spa was also one of the best that I had on the trip.

I am very happy with my stay. The staff at work was very very helpful and was always smiling and ready to help. My room had a fantastic view overlooking the sea. It was a big room with built-in jacuzzi. Its was my wife's birthday but I did not tell anyone at the hotel. They were so observant when they made a copy of our passports. They presented my wife with a bouquet of roses. My wife was super happy. Location very near airport and Chaweng town. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was excellent. Its a superb idea to equipped each room with a DVD player...I always bring along DVDs during my holiday trips.

our room was bright, airy and beautiful, with lovely wooden floors and a jacuzzi.the food was delicious, we had thai for lunch and italian at dinner, both lovely. the swimming pool was particularly spectacular, with views pouring into the gorgeous blue sea ahead.particularly recommended are the fresh fruit shakes [ strawberry and kiwi] poolside all in all a complete bargain for the low season price we paid. we shall return, most definately, to this simple, cosy and stylish retreat.

The rooms were fantastic... however, I will definitely go for the poolside rooms next time. We enjoyed the location as we were away from the rattle & hum but close enough to get to the action quickly. A short walk down the beach takes you to seafood restaurants on the beach and what we thought were the more lively beaches. The staff were excellent and very professional. Our only trouble was that we wanted a driver on hand at the drop of a hat and being spoilt holidayers any delays were met with annoyance- however, we understand that the hotel bus was busy. The easiest way out of this we found was to hire a small jeep and transport ourselves- problem solved. We really enjoyed our stay- much time spent at the pool, with the fantastic views! I'd recomment this little spot to anyone who's looking for a quiet getaway for the most part and the lively night life is literally minutes away. My rating *****!! Enjoy.
