Koh Samed island was certaily worth visiting and I can recommend it to everybody looking for quiet island away from busy cities. Saikaew Beach Resort room was in excellent condition and private cottage is naturally optimal if you are looking for peace and quiet. No car sound or traffic since island has only road... Hotel had also one of the best restaurants in the island altough it is not the cheapest one but on the otherhand not the most expensiest. Staff at Saikaew Beach Resortt was always friendly and willing to assist in all possible questions and arranging diving or boat trips. I can onl...

All the staffs are very very good and the location are excellent but the hotel entry are terrible, the road are not fixed and dirty. Overall are good , will return and stay again in this hotel.

The New Year's Eve beach party was a joke. The staff was not prepared to handle the number of people that attended the party, and the entertainment was truly horrible!

I stayed the 3d time in this hotel, was very disspointed to get triple room absolutely the same as we had dbl last time. My freind checked-in in time, we were one day late. The third bed was not prepared, no 3rd towel, no breakfast vouchers...I had to call 3 time for the tird towell , could not take a shower !
The rest is good,a nice swimming pool and beautiful oasis around!

Good value for money. Although it is a superior room, it is close to the beach. Good weather in January. You can enjoy sun and sea on the whitish beach. Excellent locaton to restaurants on the beach and main road. You can enjoy tasteful seafood or thai food conveniently.
