My Husband and I had great 7 days there,no problems at all .the unit right on the beach was excellent a good view across the water to phuket..My husband had his birthday there,two of the staff turned up at our unit with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday vrey enjoyable. Would go back and stay there againand would recommend the place as a great place to stay.......

if you are pursuing the sense of lonely romance, this is the right choice. even after half a year, i still remember quite well of the name of this resort. it's like a tranquil and delicate garden. swimming pool, restaurant, bungalows, the dock, sculptures, all form to be the fantastic background for every shot of memory you're gonna take home. but if you wanna enjoy the colorful night life in Phuket, guy, gotta tell you, it's secluded.

The Chalet rooms are a bit run down and it can take ages for any hot water to get to the showers. If it's as hot as hell outside then it doesn't matter. Great location and very quiet.

The Thavorn Beach Village and Spa is a really beautiful resort with its own beachfront. We were frequently greeted with a traditional Thai greeting and a smile. From the moment we arrived and received a complimentary drink to the time we left - having our bags collected from our room and taken to our awaiting taxi, we felt like very special guests. The views from the rooms looked directly onto the pool, the beautifully landscaped gardens or the beach/ocean. The shape of the pool is cleverly designed and edged by folage so that you could view parts of the pool from many locations (such as from some rooms and restaurants) while still offering secluded areas of the pool. From the poolside rooms a gate opens from the balcony for direct pool access.
The food and service in the restaurants was fantastic. We enjoyed poolside food and drinks at the Crocodile Bar, all you can eat Buffett breakfast with a chef to cook your eggs freshly for you at the International Restaurant, Japanese and drinks in the Lobby Bar while listening to live entertainment.
The resort is located 10min from Patong via courtesy van, taxi or tuk tuk. This meant that we could easily get to and from Patong for shopping or stay at the resort and relax by the pool or on the beach. We also enjoyed going snorkelling as there was coloured coral and many different types of tropical fish in the ocean where the resort is situated. We had a throughly enjoyable holiday and would highly recommend the Thav

Location and set up is excellent, staff very good and friendly, overal stay very good. Normal size bungalow, clean and everything needed is there. Small minus was the condition of the beach, big minus was the quality of the japanese restaurant.

Clean, spacious room. Very courteous staff. Excellent spa facilities and service. Fitness center could use an upgrade as could the internet service. Food was very good and the secluded atmospere was a welcome treat. Overall, I was quite pleased. For the price and the seclusion, well worth it
