Nice hotel for families with small children. Rooms are ready for a make-over, although the beds were really comfortable. See you next time.

A nice family hotel, not for people without children (in my oppinion)

What an excellent resort for families with children! It was just perfect. The rooms, multiple swimming pools, standing on a clean beautiful beach of bang tao, yummy food and lots of activities schduled everyday for the kids.There is a kids rooms, a play station room, a sandy play area and then lollo and barnie which are perfect for kids between ages of 3-10. The room service was amazing and the cleaning lady remembered our preference and the way we liked our things to be placed and it was done exactly that way each day. The only problem that we faced was in terms of its location. If you are planning a vacation with family(children) where you just want to do sunbathing, swimming and relaxing in the resort, then this is the perfect place for you. However, if you are inclined towards exploring phuket and want to move around the place then you must never opt for this place because there is a strict "Taxi Mafia" prevalent in this area which prevents any kind of transport to exist in Bang Tao beach other than these taxis which are overly expensive and charge somewhere between 500 Baht to 800 Baht one way for any trip you want to make anywhere in phuket.(There is a shuttle service provided by the resort to patong twice a day but it has its timings so it wasnt too conveneint for us) This beach is also quite far from Phuket town and Patong Beach which are the central destinations so we unfortunately had to spend a lot of money on travel until one day we finally decided to rent a bike. Things were somewhat easier then but not so much because its a tropical island and it rains quite frequently in Phuket so a bike is generally not a preferred mode of travel except on sunny days. All in all i would rate this resort as an 8 on 10 and cut two points only because of its location and the taxi mafia issue.
