Good central location. Swimming pool a bit small though. Love the free DVD rental service. However regret not trying out the free sauna rooms provided as can't find the time to do so. Gotten the Deluxe Pool View room.The only thing I didn't really like is the ants in the bathroom. can't seem to get rid of them.

This is my second time staying at the Surgar Palm Resort. The room was still nice. But the hotel is starting to be in need of painting. The morning breakfast is still very poor. With the same food everyday.And the food staff still not confortable with service. Would not stay again at the Surgar Palm Resort if possible.
