This was our 4th time visiting Thailand, but the hotel was bad. We stayed 19 nights and they never washed the floor in our room. Every morning we have to ask the staff to clean a table for us for breakfast. We broke a glass in our room, but we have to pay for 3 glasses.We will never come back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel with excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the two security guys who safely made us cross the street from hotel to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back to Karon Beach.
