This resort is very tired and needs some serious maintenance. We do not feel that it should be rated in the Sheraton's Luxury Collection, because it is not luxury by any means. The bar/lounge especially tired, and grounds need a great deal of work. Overall a disappointing stay. However, regarding hotel travel we were very pleased with the efficiency of the booking experience, would use again

Positives: Good property in a 'private' area (which is quite scenic). Good beach, pool, and services
Negatives: Food outlets outside the hotel (and surroundig areas) are average. The breakfast in the hotel however is very good as are two restaurants in the hotel (though they are quite expensive)

The hotel was amazing I would definitly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable holiday. The only fault I had with the hotel was the distance from the towns taxi was about 20eur wich is a lot for Thailand. Loved the elephants made the holiday unforgettable

The hotel is lovely and staff fantastic! The location was a little further from Patong Beach than I was expecting, however once there it was great (about a 40min drive). The room in the new wing are outstanding and the glass wall bathroom are beautiful! Definately plan on going back !
