Could not fault my stay at the hotel. We had 4 rooms all up and they were great. My only disappointment was when I arrived back at hotel at 11.10pm the room service had finished even though it states 11.30pm in book....

great hotel for the price, not a beachfront location, but the price reflects that, drink on a rrivle, nice room, close to shops n bars, loved the pool, surrounded by palm trees, dare i say the odd grass snake, good drinks service at the pool, family friendly.

Excellent location near Patong Beach area, close to food, shopping and entertainment outlets.Staff at the Reception Counter were well mannered and professional in approach. Staff at the Restaurant may be advised to be a little more courteous and to smile more.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

My first visit to Thailand and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel given that it is a 3 star hotel and service given by the staff at SeaSun Sand Resort was exceptional! The ladies in the resaurant/bar were terrific and the breakfast was worthy of the stay. Location wise was very central to the hub of Patong with only a short stroll to the beach, bars and shopping. My friends and I won't hesitate to stay there again.

I like the place which are near to shopping town area. It's good for couple or those who want budget hotel to stays in. Especially, there's a lady who siitin on the table guiding around phuket tour, told n guide us where can we spend on our trip. I mean it's a very nice servicin from her. However, i've been getting a lot of mosquitoe bites around the hotel, even in my room. It's quite a disturbance during the trips. The services is below average as most of their staffs don't know what or where is the facilities at when we need their guidances. The attitude of the services is below average. As they expect us to pay this and that for services. Quite bad experiences from that

Lovely place nothing really grand but cosy. Location not too bad (middle of patong beach), friendly staff, the pool and garden area were beautiful but small, romm clean, comfortable & quite. Good value for USD 21 (oct 06) for standard room. The singer in the restaurant at night is great.

The room was more than we expected for the price we paid. Large and comfortable. The atmosphere was great. The pool area and gardens were beautiful. Breakfasts were great. Dinners were reasonably priced and good as well. We did not use the room service facilities, though having the mini bar in the room was nice. We had a great stay - ended up staying longer than we planned as it was a great place. Great value for the money. It was a nice place to splurge while on our budget holiday.

I have stayed 3 times for more than a week each during high and low seasons. It is clean, staff is friendly and it is well located off the beach on a busy back road with much shopping. I highly recommend it for the budget conscience, a safe choice for first time visitors to Patong.
