We selected this hotel as it had an excellent customer rating and we were not disappointed. This Hotel provided ua a wonderful experience, set in a tropical oasis with ever so helpful staff and provided absolutelly excellent value for money. The costs for ropom service and the restaurant were compariable with non hotel rates, and the cocktails were excellent.Always a taxi outside, and the beach bus was always an option. The use of rented motor scooters was excellent.

Me and my partner were happy to stay in Sawasdee Village. This place was recommended by our friend. We were happy with pretty much everything... One thing we didn't enjoy that much was a really bad smell in the bathroom caused by wet wood I believe...The staff gave us an air filter that helped a lot. Otherwise we were very satisfied costumers. Staff was friendly and after complimenting a flower decor in other rooms, we got some too.

We spent our honeymoon in Sawasdee Village. It is a very beautiful hotel, especially the baray villas. Everything has been perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. . However, it is maybe not convenient for people having children or looking for animation. The hotel is very quiet, with swimming pools but no animation in particular. Very nice for honeymooners. We'll certainly come back again

I have already recommended this Hotel to friends in Australia. It is ideal for people wanting a quiet, friendly location but still be only ten minutes away from crazy Patong. Beach is ten minute walk through shops or a two minute free bus trip every hour. This was my first time to Phuket and the Swasadee Village staff were the friendliest I've encountered anywhere in the world. Language was never a problem and always eager to help. Food, especially breakfast, was quite acceptable. Many smaller and cheaper eating places in street outside, for variety. Overall value for money is great!!

I loved the tranquility of this place. It was like a beautiful oasis that was wonderful to return to after a busy day out and about. We slept so well because the room was dark and it was so peaceful. The room wasn't enormous but it was most adequate. The swimming pool was really gorgeous and a great place to relax.

It was absolutuly fantastic, I felt like I'm in Paradise! Staff treated me like a goddess! Spa was excellent! Attention to details is amasing, Recomend it. about 15min walk to the beach(which is very nice) I ll stay there again

This hotel standard is quite good, the room was a little bit small (in comparison with usual Thai hotel rooms) but it has computer with LCD screen with a free internet flat connection in each room. The restaurant is very beautiful, but the sevice was not at its level. The best thing of this hotel resort is the location in a wonderful tropical garden!!

We loved this hotel. It is an oasis with the most charming rooms, lovely pool, exquisite garden and charming staff. We really felt spoilt and they even gave us a framed photograph of ourselves at the hotel as a farewell gift. It is not close to the beach but there is a free transfer and pick up by the hotel every hour. It is in a quiet street and we used all the faciltities across the road, the travel agent, shops.We loved having free internet in our room ( you can see DVDs and TV on the computer screen.) We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
