Salathai is definitely a good choice of hotel. It has a cozy swimming pool (we had it all by ourselves most of the time). Rooms are authentic Thai style. Friendly hotel customer service. 3-5mins walk to the beach. It has free shuttle bus to Central Festival Shopping Centre (3 times a day), what a bonus!!!

Very convenient and close proximity to the beachfront. Nice balcony and excellent room amenities despite the lack of a bath-tub. Widespread variety of Thai and Western food for breakfast aids in complimenting my stay an enjoyable and memorable one. I will visit back again!

location is very near to the Patong beach which only takes few mins by walk; all staffs are very friendly and nice,especially for serving the welcome drink when you just arrive and sit at the reception. You can still enjoy the peaceful and have good relax while you stay in a shopping area.I will certainly be back to that hotel again when I visit next time.

Small Resort with very good rooms, service and restaurant. Pool and garden area very well kept and clean. Staff friendly and helpful at all times. Only a short walk to the main noisey area of Patong but far enough away to make the resort peaceful and relaxing. This was our second stay at the resort and we shall certainly return. Good all round.

This is my 2nd time staying in Salathai Resort. The service provided by the staff was excellent on both occassions. I was given a very pleasant surprise on my 2nd trip. Two of Salathai staff presented a birthday cake in front of my doorstep early in the morning before I was about to check out and leave for the airport. I was very touched by this simple thought and gesture by Salathai. Salathai Resort offers value for money accomodation, excellent service, just steps away from Patong Beach and walkable distance from the night spots yet away from the noise. Salathai Resort will always be my 1st choice of accomodation when I visit Phuket again.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Wide variety for breakfast. 2 minutes walk to beach. Hotel location is awesome. Massage, restaurants, pubs, convenience stores is all right at the door step. Definately value for money. I would definately return and stay in this hotel.

I stayed at Salathai with my family & I must say it was an enjoyable one. Great location & great value for money. However, the breakfast (included in room rent) is a-la-carte & can create some confusion. You need to get it clarified by the restaurant staff. Check in & Check out was super quick ..

My daughter and I stayed at Salathai in May 07 and were extremely happy with standard for cost. Salathai staff were wonderful, happy, friendly, always available and were extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. The grounds are beautiful and very private. The resort is very close to the beach and the busy area of Patong, although not at the expense of peace and quiet. We both felt very safe and comfortable. I would strongly recommend Salathai Resort

It's my first time to Phuket. Great stay at Salathai Resort, actually booked for Deluxe room but was given superior room instead due to fully occupied for Deluxe room. However, the resort compensated me with a Spa massage which was really good. The size of room is just nice for me and my hubby.

Pleasant small hotel within easy reach of all shopping and beach with 7/11 store 100 metres away. Good value for money but please note the breakfast is not a buffet style but from the menu.

Inside the Hotel it's totally different feeling from the outside noisy street. The suite is nice, Very good to stay! The swimming pool is nice. Lobby is a little bit small, but still quite nice. The staff are quite friendly. Better provide the Massage and other service to the late night, now it's out of service at 8:00pm. Breakfast is good, but the menu is the same for everyday, need changes. In general, it's quite a good hotel to stay in at this price.

Excellent value hotel in a good quiet location only minutes from the beach and an easy ten minute stroll to the centre of town. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would i come again ? Already booked for later this year.
