I was very pleased with every aspect of my stay at the Royal Phuket Town Hotel. My wife enjoyed the close proximity to shopping and I enjoyed the fitness center and pool. We both enjoyed the Hotel's Massage Services which eliminated my back pain. The restaurant on the top floor served great food and we enjoyed the spectacular view. I hope to return to this fine hotel someday soon. ...

Furnishing and bathroom facilities were getting old and a little worn down, but at least room was clean. Good location in the middle of Phuket Town. Very nice big pool, I was almost alone every time I used it.

Service staff in the restaurant were absolutely terrible. They did not greet you when you walk into and out of the restaurant. Coffee and tea were not served to me upon finishing my meal. The sofa in the room had a large stain on it - I was too afraid to use it. There was no water kettle in the room. There were no papers and pens in the room to write personal notes. I hardly think this is a 4-star hotel. I will probably not going back there again.
