I stayed in a Superior room in the Paradise Wing. The room was next to the lift and was less well furnished than other rooms on the same floor, as spotted as I passed when they were being cleaned. My main complaint was the lack of an easy chair. The only place to sit while watching TV was on the bed. The room was clean and well serviced. There was no WiFi in the room and, although it was available in the foyer, it was very expensive. The pool area was nice but with limited loungers. Breakfast, buffet style, was well catered. All the staff with whom I had contact were friendly and helpful.

we wanted to extend our stay by a night but they wouldnt give us the same rate on which we were staying for 2 nights booking through online. So we checked into another hotel. If we would have booked for three nights online we would have another hotel where in the third night stay was free. So the hotel staff was very inflexible in that regard.

Most of the front end staff were very courteous. But the guest relations manager (i forget her namestarting with N..) was the rudest. She insisted on taking down my credit card number and the cvv, on registering my protest she said the rooms on the tower block were full. I again registered my protest, then i was alloted a room in the 23rd floor. On another day when i wanted to make a few local calls, she offered a mobile, from which i made the calls. She charged me for it (fair enough!) but refused to give a receipt. Subsequently the next day another staff member said all calls were complimentary....The tub in our room was leaking so badly that everytime we showered, we used to have a few inches of water whcih had no way of draining out... The housekeeping was however very helpfull by cleaning even thrice a day..

The hotel has a very good location. It's very close to shopping areas, restaurants, bars and patong beach. The hotel however needs some serious renovations. From the minute i entered the hotel lobby, i already smelled its antiquity. I wouldn't recommend this the next time I go back to Phuket.

The hotel was located close to all the amenties that we wanted such as restaurants, money exchange outlets, tour outlets, taxi and tuk tuk hire. The hotel itself is located 1 street behind the beach front but is not far to walk. Breakfast in the mornings was really well catered for with a buffet American Breakfast. I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. There are a large number of Gay clubs and bars in the close proximity of the hotel but this didn't bother us at all. Overall the hotel was a 4 out of 5 star rating

Upgrade to Duluxe Royal Wing afte check-in into the Superior Paradise Wing and found that the condition is really bad. Paradise Wing room is time to renovate and change all fittings and furniture. It's old and dirty. Room should change to card system to have better security.Royal Wing is defintely a prefer choice with no compliant for me. Everthing else is good except a little expensive for such hotel.

We were quite disappointed to see the old furnishing when we first entered the room. But at least the room was clean and equipped with boiling flask and mini-bar. Hotel breakfast buffet in the restaurant having very similar dishes everyday but they are actually quite tasty. Location wise, it is convenient as it is about 15mins walk to beach or the shopping mall. I recommended this hotel to my neighbour for her family trip but reminded her not to expect too much from the rooms. However, for the kind of price you are paying , this hotel stay should be consider value for money.

Great Hotel. Good location, only 10-15 mins walk to Patong beach, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is excellent, many choices. I had a gorgeous view from my hotel room, Patong Beach and Patong area. Recommended hotel, really value for money.

The location is excellent, walking distance to Junceylon Shopping Centre, pubs, shops and quite near to beach also. However, the hotel is under renovation. The given notice is the renovation will take place from 9am to 5pm, but the contractors have started their work at 8.45am. It is very annoying. For those who plan to stay in the room in the day time, this hotel is not a good choice. When taking shower, the water will leak out from the bathtub and make the bathroom flooding. The room is quite old and run down. Luckily the bed sheet is quite clean. Ok, it could be value for money if you buy the place.

I was unfortunate enough to be "stuck" in Phuket for 2 extra days due to the closure of the airport. I have to compliment the reception staffs for their patience even though it was very difficult getting through to the airline office, to help get me reschedule on the next available flight when the airport reopens. It was my first trip to Phuket. And I should say this, Hotel Travel simply made my travel trip easier and convenient. It was a last minute booking and live agent, Dennis helped me through. Thank you. Coming to Royal Paradise, truly a paradise. Its good value for money, excellent place to stay and is centrally located to give you a good view of the city and patong beach. And moving around was no sweat. No complaints about the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. The Hotel has good resturants, breakfast which came with the room was plentiful. I was even surprised to see indian cuisines like Tandories and Bryani. The swimming pool was clean and tempting. Unfortunately, it was a short trip. My next trip has been planned and I am looking forward to it. Royal Paradise; I will be back. And I can tell you this, from now onwards,all my hotel bookings, no matter where, will be through Hotel Travel. Tks again.

The room is spacious and much bigger than my studio apartment at home. It gives me the feeling just like at home. As my room is high, it has the bird's eye view of the Patong town. There are beautiful lights at night. There are many varieties of food for breakfast. I love them all. Will be back soon.

I got to rent a car and the staff who take care in the carpark quite helpful and I would much appreciate it. The people who take care of towel at swimming pool is rude when asking for towels. The breakfast not that much variety and no meat served at all such as fish or chicken but all vege, cereal, bread, rice, etc. The lifts moving quite fast and we didn't wait long though we stay at 22nd floor but the glass panels had to be cleaned as the stain was terrible. The gym room is small and not much choice for workout and therefore I went to Patong Gym nearby. The swimming pool is good and my daughter used to swim everyday but we need to walk quite some distance as our hotel (paradise wing) is quite far from swimming pool. Overall, I would give my rate of 70%

An excellent hotel for those looking to be close to the action in Patong beach. Just a short stroll and you are on the main street with only a five minute walk to the beach. the choice of food for the buffet is not reflecting Thai Seafood - I mean really the Thai style and taste. Also no plain or warm water is served. The look of the bath room is a bit run down but the swimming pool is above international std. Hotel room needs a thermostat to control temperature of room. All staff at reception counter are very well presented - all with smiling face - that made us felt good and relax.

Staff was friendly and informative and its really good value for money,pool is nice and clean,hotel has got a very good view of the whole island as its build taller than most buildings in phuket.hotel is also very near to the shopping center altho u may have to walk a bit to the beach area and breakfast starts very early at the hotel too!Will stay here again..and will recommend to friends. with regards to hotel travel, it made my trip so much easier and its convenient and the rate given was better than anywhere else on the internet,and its fuss free.

This is my 5th time staying here and I must say this hotel is one of the most convenient if you are into shopping but abit off the beach activities. Overall, the hotel is up to my satisfaction. Well maintained room. Helpful staffs. Convenient to walk to Shopping areas, Restaurants etc. Because of the foul weather we ended up having our dinner in the Hotel. We had the Buffet Dinner which turns out to be a disappointment. What I remember most about the hotel is the friendliness of the staff. Though at time when they are busy, it might take them a while to notice you. The taxi service provided is not bad. One of the guy, Mr. Aris, who drove my partner and me around the place has been very accomodating, patient and friendly; giving us good information and tips. I also like the room as it is pretty well kept and clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. Good value for money.

The personal at this hotel is truly excellent, especially to our youngest (3 years), thay are always smiling and willing to play. This is a hotel we could see ourselves coming back to more than once. Also the hotel restaurents are excellent, especially the Royal chinese on the 24. floor, the food and service was heaven in a kitchen, don´t miss that if youre staying at this hotel, and the view from up there, wow.

Perfect location, close to everything in Patong beach. surprisignly, the high building of the hotel(it has two buildings) was the less qualitative. my advice to those who want to stay in Rotal Pradadise is to ask for a room with a pool view, the rooms are better, and more expensive a little bit but u feel more in business. this advice comes after staying in both sides of the hotel. breakfast is average, but the hotel has a small and nice Jym and really nice room service.

We were welcomed by very hospitable and friendly staff upon our arrival. The room was great, very clean and spacious with the full view of the Patong beach. Location was just alright, 5 minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants so you can still have a quiet and peaceful sleep if you want to just relax in your room.

The experience in the hotel was excellent. Upon check-in, we were given a ground floor room, however we prefer a higher floor room. The staff has already written that low floor room number on all the documents, e.g. breakfast voucher, check-in documents etc. She was very kind to bother to check if there's a higher floor room available, and changed all the details on all the documents. The facilities and food are of high standard too! A hotel highly recommended!

The hotel is wonderful... i have stayed three times there and i alike it a lot... I like the new wing they built, very modern and confortable... The only thing i did not like so much was the service in the cafeteria, but i guess this was because they are in low season... anyway, i give a 9 from 10 points for this hotel...
