The hotel's service is very good. I think the hotel is better than Tropical garden hotel which is next door. Because this hotel's location is aslo good and the room fee is lower:P

The breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly. The minus point for this hotel is I need to step more than 100 steps to reach my room. Although the hotel provides a car to pick us from the room/ lobby to lobby/room but it is not always available. Overall it's a good hotel.

Ilove the location and have stayed several times before, the staff are very good, however the beds urgently need replacing and the rooms appear to be quite in need of renovation. I am thinking of looking for something different.

I liked the special sign at the entrance with the names of the new arriving guests. We got a room on top of the hill, it was a problem for me to take all the steps and within minuts staff arranged a room for me at the lower level, very good service! Friendly staff and persons in the restaurant. You are not just a guest, you are a person they know.
