we had a fantastic time, the hotel was good the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the pool area were superb and well kept, the choice of food at the restaurants was excellent. The rooms were basic but kept clean, you also received 2 bottles of free water this was very welcome.We would have know hesitation in booking this hotel again. One thing on a negative note, we stayed over christmas, and we would have loved to have attended the gala meal on christmas eve. This would have cost my family over £300 having to pay adult price for a 12 year old. This is the only gripe, we had a fantastic s...

Phuket Orchid is perfectly located- close to Patong & right next door to Kata beach. Only a short walk from the beach, which is quiet and peaceful with decent surf. For a family holiday (with young kids) its magic... especially the pool facilities! Will be back

Great swimming pools, great large rooms, great breakfast. Nice grounds, friendly staff. Not a great location in regard to shops and restaurants etc but adequate for a few days. Halfway between Karon central and Kata central.
