The beachfront rooms were paradise, the cabaret in the restaurant was alarming and staff a bit awkward but otherwise everything luxurious and stunning....

Good location the only view from most rooms is the back of other rooms. Breakfsat was OK. Lots of restaurants and bars right next door

The hotel is generally over priced in relation to the level of service you receive. The need to continually remind hotel staff about basic room servicing requirements etc becomes quite frustrating. The unavailability of confirmed room type accommodation upon arrival indicates that hotel management capabilities are somewhat lacking and lead to frustration and disappointment during the initial period of our stay. The hotel pool could be kept cleaner. Don't forget your ear drops and anti-biotics. The tour desk is rarely staffed. The hotel location is on the beach however the beach was on accession left riddled with tidal debris and is generally unclean. Don't do the parasailing it’s a rip-off.

This hotel is in a very nice location, it is the only hotel on the beach, with a good pool and nice beach (extra charge for sunbeds 200 Bath) . A very kind receptionist also gave us a "courtesy room" to have a shower in the aftnernoon before leaving to Bangkok. Furthermore this hotel is very close the "earth" of Patpong. In the whole, we really suggest this hotel, only let us give you a warning: bring a lot of repellent, because there are a lot of moschitos, even in the rooms!!

The hotel is absolutely great . except a little thing -- When I was check out in the moring. there's only 1 person in reception and it took me 20 mins just waiting for him !!! I asked him to be quickly. the person gave a very very bad altitude and asked me stop talking !!! i can't understand why it happened in such a good hotel !!

I can highly recommend this hotel - an oasis of calm in the middle of Patong, close to all the nightlife. Fantastic service beginning with speedy check in, including herbal tea and a much needed cool flannel on arrival, to welcoming attentive staff who attended quickly to any queries or requests. One small drawback is the positions of the bungalows - which either have private terraces that are enclosed by other buildings so are very hot or those that catch the sea breeze but are facing the pool or communal areas so lack privacy. However, this is just a small detail that did not prevent us enjoying our stay.

We stayed at Cabana for 5 days, I would consider it as one of the best hotels in Patong beach. it is at the edge of the Patong center, so most of the time when you close the door of the room it is very quiet.
Only problem we had is the door lock, it can not be locked properly.
Swimming pool is not very big, but it is right at the beach....so you could just go a little further to dip in the sea...
I think I would go back to the same hotel if I go back to Phuket again.

Every thing was just perfect. Hotel were too closed to center of pattong. Breakfast was fantasic. the only thing i didnt like that i was ordering room with pool view, we gor internal room. they asked for 1000 baht ( about 30 US Dollars) per night additional for pool view room that i didnt like. i had to accept during chicking in because i hade 17 houres flight from my home country to Phuket so i was totaly exhausted and tired so i had to accept.
Other wise every thing went perfect. I would like to stay again in the same hotel.

Impiana was the ideal place for our honeymoon. We could relax by the pool and beach by day and then go out to dinner at a variety of restaurants at night. It's a great place for couples especially - quiet and romantic. My husband thought the locks were quite flimsy but we felt safe after a day because there was security at the front and back of the hotel. Not the best place for just two friends because the bathroom area was quite open so it could be embarrassing. We loved the service, the staff were friendly and spoke English and the breakfast was great. Looking at the ocean while you ate was lovely. It was the perfect combination of tranquility and fun (just down the road). We highly recommend the Phi Phi Island day tour from the hotel.

On arrival and signing in, the gentleman advised us to immediately sign up for the candle/balloon ceremony that evening, as space would be limited. When we arrived at the restaurent they were unaware of this event. In 2004 at another hotel we participated and had a great time floating our candles in the pool....there was no waiter service available at the beach...and more...we live in cambodia and come to phuket/ ko sumui @2-3x/yr. have stayed at other 5* hotels for less money and yes , i know it was high season...e.g.amari...mom's tri...
