Indigo Pearl Hotel (Formerly Pearl Village Resort) is a fully developed resort of international standards. It was created to provide a home-like Thai style atmosphere and to blend into it’s unique natural surroundings, encompassing a wide expanse of tropical gardens, parkland and a vast stretch of unblemished beach for year-round safe swimming
The Indigo Pearl is located on Nai Yang Beach which is about 10 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The resort has an interesting design and beautifully-landscape garden. The resort is definitely unique and built around a “tin-mining theme”. Rusted iron, old machinery, combined with colorful fabrics, create a very unique atmosphere. Definitely a treat for anyone who likes something different!

Rated #25 for all Phuket hotels
If you can get past the obscure tin-mine theme of the hotel, it is actually a lovely place to stay. We were regular guests of the former Pearl Village and found the transformation a bit of a shock. But we soon realised that the staff were the same, the beach was the same and the bars/restaurants on the beach were exactly the same and they are the three 3 reasons we always stay at this hotel when we visit Phuket....

Everything about the hotel was wonderful but why do they charge so much for food and drinks? Most people we met did not eat or buy drinks in the hotel. We understand you have to pay a bit more for drinks in the hotel but 4 times the price of outside? £6 for 2 coffees? More people would eat in if it was more reasonable.Apart from that everything lovely - very attentive and friendly staff. Pools great.

High-class stylish hotel, unusual design ( be prepared- it is not a typical Thai-style hotel). Extremely good and friendly service. Respectable guests. Big and comfortable rooms. Ideal for honeymooners, lovers, exhausted business people -all those who want a quite and relaxing vacation far away from the anxiety and noise and those who do not like crowds of people, busy streets, loud disco-bars, etc. NaiYang is a very quite and clean beach located in the national park, so if you are going to Thailand looking for fun, young crowds, parties- Indigo Pearl is NOT for you.Otherwise you will like it there- there are 3 good restaurants at the hotel ( though quite ex especially for the meat and for the drinks) and plenty of small cafes and beach restaurants outside the hotel. We liked “Savoey” the best. The worst was Mamma Mia.The hotel has its’ own private beach, where they will serve you complimentary drinking water, cold towels, fruit snacks.
Make sure you try their cocktails in the ReBar- not cheap but the way better than those that are served on the beach.
