Very promt and clean room, free water! I stayed in a bungalow in the middle of the hill! The room was very nice! Nice location but tricky access a lot of stairs to walk in booth directions. Poor internet and no good pool area in my opinion.

If you are looking for nice hotel-facilities (nice pools and all) and only need room for sleep (with a dusty smell), then select standard-room - If you want to enjoy beautiful sunsets and lovely bathrooms (with the touch of cleaness), then choose deluxe rooms - location is excellent! 3 pools, fitness room, really nice facilities!! Located near Kata Center, if you stay in Kata, you can not wish for a better location! Did not experience any negative moments. Overall a good hotel - if the staff don't talk outside your room in the standard-room area.
