This was our 3rd time my husband & I have stayed here. It's not a 4 star hotel, but adequite for our needs. (beach, local food, relaxing). It's very clean, quiet and accessable to everything. The breakfast is good, needs better pastries and sausages. But you cannot beat the price espeically during the off season. Which it only rained one day. The pool bar need music and snacks!!...

This was our second stay. It's a GREAT deal for the money! Staff is wonderful, rooms & lobby need updated, but everything is always very clean. They are adding a new section. It's within walking distance to the beach - tuk tuk's (taxi's) are available everywhere 24/7. This hotel is not for the traveler that requires a three or four star hotel. It's for the traveler that wants to experience Thailand. Breakfast is included in the room rate - it's geared towards Asian's but the fresh fruit and made to order "egg station" are wonderful. We will always stay here.

You pay for what you get, this place was ok, the room was good but it is about a 20-30min walk into the shops of Patong, this makes it more expensive getting transport all the time instead of walking

This hotel was adequte for my husband and I who do not spend any time in our room or really use hotel facilities. We are there to explore the area. It was VERY clean, quiet and convenient to everything. The price was right for us. I would not reccomend it to those who are needy and with expectations. We were definately satisfied and would return.

The TV has 10 channels and one local movie channel of which only few were interesting to me.
The floor maids did a good job, although I don't think it is actually necessary to change all the towels every day.
The breakfast was ok, but the fruit juice was so sweet I had to take a water bottle with me to the breakfast.
The hotel has activities and dinners at 19pm to 23pm on many nights although it may be cheaper to look for activities elsewhere than your hotel.
The swimming pool area was nice and not too small.
The corridors of the hotel were long and dull.
The rooms were roomy. The minibar had plenty of room for your own drinks which is good.
There is a free safe box service at the reception. The safe box in the room costs 50 baht per day.
All in all it was ok, but a bit expensive (USD 57 per night) for what you get.

The rooms was located in - I compare it to - hospital corridores. The room was ok, but that´s all. You can find better rooms at theese rates. (We did book this hotel in Thailand. It was hard to find a room, because of the chinese new year, this was the only available.) The reception staff was, I think, not happy with their job. They where not service minded the way that you are familiar with in Thailand.

The peace place for rest with back to nature environment near to Patong beach. The hardware & decoration was old but clean and comfortable enough. Their fine policy,Baht 2000, for lost in room safe box key made me a little bit nervous. Totally speaking the hotel is worth to stay again with the worth money paid. If you are a guy to find a low cost but comfortable hotel this is the good choice.
