Excellent hotel with this price, new hotel, very friendly staff, good view, cleam room, big king bed.
Though is a bit far from the center of Patong, but it have free shuttle bus every hour, five minutes to the patong bar road.
The only thing need to be improve is the air condition directly towards the bed.

There was not much variety for breakfast from day to day but the food was excellent, at par with any five star hotel in terms of taste. Staffs were very friendly and polite. The location however was far from the beach, about 3 kilometers, or 45 minutes walk and although free transport to the beach was provided hourly, the return trip by tuk tuks were expensive, about 200 baht. The view of the town at night was beautiful. Overall it was excellent value for money.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely rude and lied about almost everything. The had overbooked so shifted us to another hotel for half of our stay- Swiss Hotel, which was dirty, disgusting and smelt. You would have to literally sit on the toilet to have a wash. The reception promised a room upgrade, free transfers for the inconvenience. but gave us nothing upon return. Whilst we were checking out, we noticed they were still transferring customers to Swiss Hotel (backpacker accommodation). They ruined our holidays and would not advise anyone to stay there ever.
