Actually, my room was updated to Horizental Beach Resort hotel, which is quite money worth. The hotel is just next holiday Inn, and it is sited near the beach. The breakfast is quite good, and the room is quite nice, with a nice balcony. In a world, it is highly recommened.

Only a few mintues walk to great restaurants, bars and shopping it is ideally located. The hotel is set back off the main street so you are not confronted with the noise etc of Patong. I will definately stay here again. The rooms, while dated, were clean and the staff were very good. Excellent value for money.

The Receiptionist is very nice and helpfull, we booked the PP Island and Fantasea Show ticket from her at a very bargain price and also raised many trouble to her, but she is very patient as the very beginning. The night shift girl is a little bit cool, less words.
Swiming pool is no good, small like a basin;
Breakfast is good;
The room itself is not spacious but worth its price
Overall it's a better choice if you have budget control.
And actually u can upgrade your room to its sister hotel Honrizon Resort and Spa as you would like to.

It was a nice hotel the only bad thing was the unfriendly receptionist in the day. She was very unhelpfull and not nice at all. But the guy in the night was very nice.

I am very dissappointed with the attitude of the front office staff accussing us for missing towels in the room which was not there since the 1st day. After some discussion and I was trying to explain to them that we did not take the towel, the office Shift Manager says no more discussion and I have to pay for the missing towel. She mentioned that she trust their house keeping staff that what they reported is correct. I was very dissappointed with the type of service offered by this hotel. This happened on the 4th day of my stay there and before that I was really very happy with the hotel but this incident really make a 360 degrees change in the impression of this hotel.
There was another couple who was checking out at the same time as my family was also being told that there are missing towels in the rooms. I think this hotel has a real fundamental problem in customer service and I strong do not recommend anybody staying here due to that.

Patong beach Lodge is best value for money during my visit in Thailand. It is hard to find it at the first time beacause it is in the end of a nameless lane.If you let your driver stop at Christine Massage or Patong Resort, the lane is just oppsite them. Patong beach is in 5 mins walk, many restruants in 5 mins walk and Carefour in 10 mins walk. Conveinent & quite quiet with all hotel necessities. Overall I don't think it was a comfortable stay when my family and I spent two nights there. The bathroom is too small and water flow is too small as well. I have to go downstairs using the public restroom on the second day. The green color bath tower smells disgusting and we don't want to touch it. Although the location is near to the center, the hotel is not easy to find.

we booked 2 night there. The 1st night when we arrive, they told me room are full already and move us out to another hotel (fortunately the tranferred hotel is quite nice). The second time we live in, it is quite a little room on 1st floor. And only window even faces another room. So we have to close the curtain all the time and endure the noise and light from the other room. Reception is not friendly. I won't choose this hotel later.

I book 2 rooms-one for 2 pax and 1 single but didnt notice hotel give us 2 single room. To add an extra person to the same room and bed cost us too much-1000 B.
Drinking water for each day was given the night before we check out.due to no drinking water, we have to take mineral water and charged .
we were late for 5 mins from our rooms and they let our taxi to another guest.so we have to rush to seek for another taxi to airport.

My husband and I stayed there for 10 days and found the rooms clean and comfortable. This is a budget hotel and I would recommend that if you are looking for a four or five star hotel, this is not the place for you. For the price we paid it was extremely good value for money. The breakfast was great, the pool was rather small but useable and the staff all very helpful.

It is definately value for money . The hotel is located near Patong Beach, the most happening place in phuket. Swimming pool is rather small but then one hardly spends time there as you have beautiful beaches in phuket for swimmimg. So overall it is a good hotel.
