This hotel has a great appearance, the rooms were up to date and very clean, and the location is excellent. The hotel is split into multiple buildings so I can really only comment on the Garden building. The pool was nice and it was a good size. The free breakfast was very good, and much nicer than typical Thai hotel breakfasts.The only complaint I had about the place was when we checked out. The woman asked us to wait for the room to be checked, which made no sense since I had left a copy of my CC as a deposit. She then forgot about us and after about 10 minutes I told her I was leaving. She then looked around with a very confused look on her face, realized she had forgotten about me, smiled and said goodbye. It was rather annoying, but I am glad it was the only thing to complain about.This is a higher end hotel which means the prices for Internet and what not are increased, just keep this in mind.

Bathroom shower did not keep water in and floor always flooded. Sink is outside of bathroom is not user friendly. Staff not able to easily cumminacate in English.
