Le Meridien Phuket was built in traditional Thai style with a tropical garden in grounds of some sixteen hectares. The comfort of its rooms, excellent facilities and exquisite cuisine make a stay at Le Meridien Phuket a truly memorable experience. Situated in a secluded bay, it is both private and luxurious, offering the guest a quiet retreat within a stones throw of Phuket's busier beaches, business and shopping areas.

We had large interconnecting rooms which were well appointed, including an enourmous king size bed.Itwas worth paying for the pool view rooms. The breakfast buffet was sensational, the other food outlets great too ,and a convenient location near Patong meant it was easy to try other restaurants and enjoy some shopping. My children enjoyed the free kids club so much that they were begging to attend. The private beach location makes this hotel's location vey special. It was lovely to swim in the ocean as well as the pool. Our family would definitely stay here again....

Liked the area and the beach side. Good tennis courts. What most disliked: no possibility to have a drink at night, once restaurants are closed. The pool bar should stay open. The staff of massages outside, close to the beach, are very unfriendly

We stayed at the Le-Meridien Phuket and the hotel was superb. Facilities were excellent. Even though we stayed in a superior room, we could still get a glimpse of the beach. Facilities were excellent. Only thing i had a problem with was the pillows. Somehow my neck hurt every morning. Apart from this, the stay was nothing less than rewarding. It was the first time booking with Hotel Travel and was a bit worried but the customer service was excellent. Website with real time booking status and chat was a definate hit for me.

Great place for a family vacation! The pools are very nice and clean and their private beach is fantastic. Our kids enjoyed the mini golf, ping pong and archery. They also have a kid's club with toys for the little ones, a playground and Playstations. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the dining options are quite good and not too pricey. The location is very good, just a 5 minute taxi ride to Patong.

Love: 1) Clean wide-open beach 2) Breakfast was very good 3) Spa was awesome 4) Hotel room and cleanliness 5) Very friendly staffs Dislike: 1) Hotel is charging us 180 bath per person for a round trip bus fare to Patong Beach. Considering how much guests are spending for their room, they should have free bus service that leaves hotel twice per day. 2) Tasteless 95 bath iced-cream cone at Le Meridien 3) The lounge area in the underground room was full of kids’ age ranging from 5-14 years old. We went there to shoot some pool and listen to live music but was too loud and children were fighting over pool and iced- Hockey tables. There were no other adult in that bar except the bartender, cocktail server and two singers. Children should not be admitted in the bar area and game room for kids should be separated from the lounge. Our bartender gave us complimentary peanuts and asked if we would stay a little longer to make them look busy. We bought one drink and left.

Nice place and I really enjoy my staying 4 days there with my lovely girlfriend. The beach is peaceful, you will never be disturbed by those kinds of noise in Paton.

Although just minutes to the shopping and restaurants of Patong the Meridien is tucked away in its own bay offering the feeling of being secluded and private. Not quite a five star resort but a huge pool complex, clean beach, great gym and very good value.

Excellent resort, me and my family enjoyed to stay there a lot. The rates are not low compared to oher resort nearby but for what you get in terms of services, kindness, facilities, breakfast assortments, childcare is worth to pay a bit more. Only lowlight rooms are not that big. Very good choise for families

Strong Points: Overall we had a very good stay and the Hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was always polite and happy to help. The pools were always clean, and easy to enjoy for play or lap swimming. The health center was very well equipped (and I am a bit of a fitness nut). We found all the resturants to serve excellent cuisine, the sushi was very good, the Italian resturant was excellent and I highly recommend the tuna steak served rare. The buffet breakfasts had a very large selection so it was easy to vary the meals. The beach was outstanding, clean, soft sand, plenty of chairs, and although for some the sea was a bit rough it made for great body surfing and surfing opportunities. Weaknesses: Peace and quiet, if you have problems with noise the rooms are poorly insulated, this was the worst part of our stay it was easy to hear everything that is going on around you. As with most resorts the prices were a bit on the high side, cheaper to buy drinks, alcohol, snacks, meals, and sundries outside of the resort property. I am always amazed that resort prices are so much higher than local prices, it forces a number of guests to go off site to purchase other items. Neither good nor bad: I would not recommend the additional expense for an ocean view room, the pool rooms seem to have had a view just as nice as the ocean view. The 3rd floor rooms view of the ocean is a bit obstructed by the palm trees so unless you are a smoker stick with pool view, the 6th floor

The hotel location was quite far from Patong town which was one of the down side of it. However if you were thinking of just relaxing in the hotel only, it is definetly a great place to stay. The staff there are wonderful. It started by welcoming us with flowers and drinks. Then the room were clean and well arrange. However, the room are not as spacious as expected. It was ok though. I was amaze with the Swiming pool in the hotel. It is great. Too bad the swimming pool opens only until 6pm. I will be a lot better if it open till 8pm or 10pm. The beach is clean and the security there are tight too. Definetly will go there again.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is a good stay for tourists and business men alike. There is a good baby-sitting service provided by the hotel.
