Jui Kian from Singapore stayed in a Deluxe pool view for 3 days in October.
Upon my arrival, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smile. I was lucky to be able to get a free upgrade to the deluxe pool access room as the room I had booked was not available. This definitely was a great start for my trip. The room I got was in good condition and very clean. The swimming pool is clean without the strong chlorine smell like the public swimming pool.
The hotel also provide excellent service which I don't experience at my friends' resort. The staffs will greet you with a warm smile every time they see you and most of the front desk staffs were able to speak pretty..Check-In:
