The bathroom is small and inconveniece for taking a bath. The shower and the tap water are horrible, it either has very cold water or very hot water that my family is impossible to take a bath directly under the shower, we need to take a towel to get water and wait it cool to wash our body. After complaining in the reception, however, they can only offer me low floor with only side seaview rooms, but not the same standard as I booked in a right facing seaview rooms. The air-condition in the room is noisy, actually I had already requested in my booking that I want a high floor room with no noisy of air-condition.
The restaurant and the lounge close quite early, it closed at 10:30pm, even there is no room service after that hour.

The Karona was a nice hotel, with a great pool. Breakfast was the normal buffet with a good variety. About 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc. Room was very clean and staff were polite and friendly.

The staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and happy at all times. Hotel conveniently situated 2 mins walk from beach but in a lovely quiet area. Plenty of shops within 5 mins walk and also lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel has 1 restaurant with buffet breakfast with plenty of choice and a couple of nights it has buffet supper. Apart from nightly singers in restaurant, there is no other entertainment available but would recommend it and would go back again.
