We stayed there 4 nights in April 08 with 2 rooms at main building. Good and friendly service, excellent breakfast. quite expensive f&b prices when you know Thai prices in general but ok when you think in Euro, little chance to eat outside due to location. Clean rooms but tape water a bit yellowish due to old pipes. Pool and other facilities clean and well maintained. Will stay there again for a family holiday.

Near karon beach (across road)- a beautiful beach though not private but never feels crowded...beats noisy patong any day. No sea views from villas... stayed at lagoon villa (1st floor) awesome, spacious..very small rooftop pool but great to have a drink in...ground floor offers no privacy.
Nice pool, great beach view retaurant, kids club seemed nice. very friendly managers.
Great tom-yum pizzas at hotel restaurant near beach. Patong 10 min tuk-tuk ride away to enjoy action in the evening.
