Very nice and wide bedroom even the deluxe room. Nice and great bathroom. Lot of space anywhere. Very nice swimming pool. Lack of choice for the breakfast : Good choice for american breakfast but very few for local dishes. Small parking lot and entrance of the hotel hard to find while coming by car. Very wide and clean room for this standard (Deluxe). Easy to find the way in the hotel. Poor business facilities. No free Wifi. Nice swimming pool. Lack of Thai food for the breakfast. Good quality of the food and of the fruit plate in the room.

Staff was friendly upon our check-in (made us feel welcome). Overall stay was good except too many mosquitos in our room assigned (garden view). Will not hesitate to recommend friends should they want to stay in Karon Beach area.

Stayed at a room with direct access to the pool. Room is clean, tidy and it did not look dated. Pool access is very handy and view from the room is impressive. I can add three things to be done. The balcony door needs to have screen to keep the mosquitoes away when it is kept open for fresh air. The mirror at the bathroom needs to have lights on both sides or somewhere facing to your face. The existing light is at the top of your head. Not only you look lile Dracula but you can not see your face for shaving for example. Free internet connection is correct if you have a Thai service provider! If not, you have to pay for the service! Neverthe less, location is good, staff friendly and place is kept clean and tidy. If I decide to visit Karon beach again there is no reason why I shall not choose the same hotel.

Beautiful, friendly and really clean hotel. We got a good value for our money. Spaceful rooms, easy to stay with two children in same room. Beautiful pool-area, safe for children. We liked the hotel a lot with children 5 and 2 years. This hotel is really trying to do it´s best. Restaurants and bars in the hotel were quite good, but little too expensive for us. Small but ok gym.

beautiful hotel, nice big and clean rooms, great services, nice swimming pool, spa and everything! we were there during the low season (june-july), and we must say that we wouldn't stay in Karon again in the low season.. there's absolutely nothing to do (shops and restaurants closed, nobody around). you have to go to patong for some "nightlife" (we're a middle aged couple.. what we mean by "nightlife" is just a walk around shops/markets!): and the taxi to patong is 200 baht one way. so, great hotel, definitely 4 stars by european standards, close to the beach, and quiet... but way too quiet in the low season (becomes boring after 3 days!)

Excellent location, near to beach & shopping & food areas. Hotel staff were nice. Only down is breakfast variety was limited and not much changes in the 3 mornings I was there. Overall, nice value for money hotel! Better than booking 5 star hotels which is just 100-200m down the road.

nice hotel with nice staff and nice location only few meters from the beach. also i liked the hotel design, but i didn't like one thing which is it has only one elevator and it has a long corridor
