We went with our 3 children 9, 6 and 2 yrs old, and had a fantastic time. Could not fault the hotel at all, both the facilities and the staff. We booked 2 standard rooms which were interconnected at the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the large room, beautiful bathroom being just like the pictures you see on the website. The rooms are also surprisingly very soundproof! Although half our time there it rained, it didn't matter as the kids had a fabulous time at the kids club and pool table. Location was also excellent with an abundance of restaurants, laundry facilities and 7 eleven just around the corner so you're not trapped having to eat at the hotel each time. Kata beach is 10 mins pleasant walk away, but we found the pools at the resort much more pleasant. The beach was quite shallow and great for kids but not much if your wanting a bit more. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much for them. We would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation and look forward to going back again in the future
