Positives - the location was good. It was quiet at night. It was located at the end of an allyway away from the hustle and bustle of the nightclubs yet it was within easy walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon. Staff were helpful, the room was clean, free bottled water was provided as well as tea/coffee facilities. There was a safe in the room (we used it with no problems). Breakfast buffet was good with a variety of choices. The hotel tour operator was helpful in organising tours for us - she had good knowledge and gave good price.
