the hotel was located at a very nice and convient location.the room was big enough and the service very prompt .as we had a long vaccation we were quiet tired of the same breakfast everyday .we are sure they can have some variations off and on.one thing is sure that on our next visit we would definately repeat this hotel....

Hotel is in a good location, close to beach and a number of good restaurants. Even Bangla Rd is only a short (10 min) stroll away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and will probably stay again.

Very nice hotel and staff was great. However, checking out early in the morning (5:30AM) was very painful. It took 40 minutes to get the bill correct and the gentleman at the desk seemed very confused. I almost missed my flight. I'm assuming this was a result of the regular staff not being available that early. Otherwise a good stay and nice hotel.

Our stay here was a very enjoyable experience. It is located very close to everything in Patong - the beach, shops, restaurants, Bangla Road. The facilities are fantastic in particular the pools, bar and fitness room. It was really good to have all of these high quality options available in the one place. The service of all the staff was outstanding as was the breakfast buffet. The resort's restaurants were of a very high quality with excellent food options with the only downside being that they were a little too quiet most of the time taking away the ambience a little.
We definitely are looking forward to staying at the Horizon Patong Beach Resort and Spa again when we next return to Phuket.

The hotel was in a reasonable location, and the facilities were satisfactory, however the rooms didi need a little work done in the bathroom. There were a few times where house keeping failed to replace towels, and the hotel does make an issue of paying for missing towels, although they were replaced upon request.
A good feture of the hotel is they have a free shuttle service between the hotel and their sister hotel on Karon beach (south of Patong), The Horizon Karon Beach. This provided a more relaxing location than Patong and certainly less busy. I would consider staying at the Karon Beach Hotel in the future.

Easy on-line booking but hotel took a long time to confirm. Stayed in a family room because there was more space than a standard double: 5 day stay. The room was clean but a little worn. The hotel had security guards but room locks and saftey box locks were poor. Requested WLAN, the hotel had this but the reception staff were not aware of this and it was 3 times more expensive than internet cafe. Hotel staff were always friendly. I would go back to this hotel but carry fewer valuables with me this time. Unexpected power and water cuts during the day but most people out of the hotel. Easy access to the beach. Reasonable value for money.

I like this hotel very mutch, and I have already booked us for a new period in april.
It was close to the beach and have two nice swimmingpools. We hade an familyroom and the room was very nice, and the staff was frendly and helpful. We had a nice stay in Horizon Beach Hotel. Ihaved allready booked us for a new stay in april
I have been many times in Patong, but this hotel is one of the best.

Friendly staff, rooms large & clean except for the very noisy exterior airconditioners, many complaints from guests) small swimming pools for the number of rooms, pools water could be much cleaner. Non-smoking areas in the restaurant needed for outside areas. Upgraded to Horizon Beach - Karon (5-star). Great hotel - very helpful staff, concierge(bell-boys) were over-worked. More staff needed at this level for a 5-star hotel. 5-star rooms. On the negative side we had difficulty in obtaining the services of the stressed out bell- boys to transport us by motorised cars from our room on checking out (Heavy Rain) No shelter from room to reception.Not enough information re-shuttle to and from beach. eg telephone at beach for requesting service - difficult to locate. Not great signage advertising hotel on the main road.

At first sight this hotel seemed lovely - pool looked good if a bit small and the staff were all friendly. The family room we had was at the side of the hotel and looked out onto a brick wall and was very dark, dingy and in desparate need of renovation. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to take off and the room was in need of a good clean. On a brighter note the Indian restaurant was wonderful and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. On arriving the hotel offered us the chance to stay in their Karon Beach Resort - which we took after 3 nights in Patong. The Karon Beach hotel was only a year old and we think more suited to families with small children.

We had a booking in horizon patong but wre shifted to horizon karon beach as was better for kids. They upgraded us to better room for the same. It was excellent place really safe and good for kids. Food was good. The room was excellent very clean and very spacious with a great balcony. The greenerey and garden were well maintained.Complimentary breakfast was good.

Had a great stay at Horizon. Room was not ready on time and had to wait till 4pm for access. Room had noisy air conditioning units outside which was disturbing but hotel changed our room on day 3. Excellent location right in the center of town with easy access to everything. Resort itself although small was very cosy, quiet and generally very well maintained and clean. Will definately stay ther again.

The Horizon Beach Resort was a very well kept, clean hotel. The staff were lovely on arrival, giving us a free welcome cocktail. The room was clean, and housekeeping was always on alert. The security within the hotel was very good, and the conceirge was very helpful in suggesting possible activites.
