We asked for a balcony and sea views and ended up having 3 balconies.The room was excellent and we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was away from the main part of patong but was easy walk to get to most things. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we go back to patong. The only thing that could be improved is for the buffet breakfast to be kept a bit warmer, as there was certainly a great selection of food but sometimes it was not warm enough....

My wife and I and our 2 friends all enjoyed our stay at the Gracelands Resort immensely. Our MINI SUITE rooms were both spacious and well appointed.(a DVD player might be the only suggested feature that could be made available). Both rooms overlooked the pool and garden areas. The buffet breakfasts each morning were a treat. There was plenty of all different types of food and it was always hot. The breakfasts were so filling that we very seldom ate lunch. We swam and enjoyed the pool areas every day and we all agreed that the extra shade at Gracelands was a blessing to our non tanned bodies. The snooker and 8 ball rooms got quite a lot of use during our stay and we even had a game of 10 pins bowls while we were there. The resort was very well located only a short tuk tuk ride into Bangla Rd or a 10 minute walk. We would be happy to recommend this resort and would happily stay there again.

Internet didn't work though fees have been collected in advance. Service of concierge and front desk was awful. e.g urgent documents submitted to me have been handed over one day later. Hotel information towards guests is poor.

One of Phuket's little secrets. I've been to Phuket about 12 times and never stayed here. Howevwer, now I've put it on my list of best places to stay. On the down side-- you need to get to the pool a little early to secure a chair and the breakfast gets pretty crowded and hard to find a place to sit--but, the staff is very helpful and will clear the tables quickly to get you a place.
