The hotel was very quiet during our stay, quite dead!!! there were like less than 6 families staying. the location of the hotel is bad. you have to go across a drain and then around a pond to get to the beach and it s very tiring> there s no shop nearby and the nearest 7-11 is 20 mins away. The place is so quiet that the staff was using the facilities. they ate the breadfast with guest and were playing in the pools. worse of all, the jacuzzi in the pool and in our room did not work . when we told the staff, they didnt even bother to check, so for the 6 days we were there, we didnt get to use it once. the breakfst sucks cause there were so few of us that they didnt even bother to serve decent food. it was the same old thing . we had to request for eggs, pancakes, sausages and they taste bad!
the only plus point was the duplex princess room that my girls love and it did gave us parents some space in the room cause the girls were busy upstairs. however the stairs is rather steep and can be very dangerous if the children are not careful. I wished that theynhad made a washroom upstairs so that i dont have to worry that my girl will tumbled and flall in the middle of the night. the only place with life in the whole hotel is probably our own room.
will definately not stay in this hotel again. way too out and too boring!!!!

A good value for money hotel, and especially good if you want to entertain children within the hotel grounds (ie has a well set-up play area, with activities, and the staff are very friendly). However, overall, this hotel is in need of a face-lift.. it would have been lovely in the 1980's (and the rooms are straight from that period), the rooms now feel dated, and the hotel overall is in need of a coat of paint. Relatively close to the beach (at the very north end), but far from the center of Karon. We had a comfortable stay, and the staff were very friendly, but we would not likely go back.
