Hotel and staff excellent - only a minor point but there were no balls for the table tennins table (nor on a previous visit) and when I asked at reception if they could get some balls they directed be to a 7/11 store !! I did buy some at a sports shop and left them for others to use but would have hopes the hotel would supply them !!Hotel and grounds excellent and pools lovely - all good but another slight winge is they charge for WIFI access which seems a bit tight of them)

I stayed in Garden Wing room for 4 nights. I like the Thai style decoration and the swimming pool as well as the foods. I think it's really "value for money". But please pay attention to the mosquitos when the room has not cooled down.

We stayed in the standard garden room and found it to be great value for money. The rooms were set around a pool in beautiful gardens. The upgraded rooms were set around another pool closer to reception and dining room within the main complex.But we were very happy with the garden setting.The staff were exellent the breakfasts were great.This was our second stay here and we liked it even more then we remembered.

I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago when I was still single. It was pleasant so I decided to bring my family here this time, with my 10-month old son. The rooms were better than I memorized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet with a wide spread. It is definitely better than a 3-star. Great value for money!

The spa rooms (as opposed to the garden rooms) and swimming pool were lovely. The only down side of my stay was that I caught a stomach bug. According to the bar man, it was probably the ice. It should come with a health warning.

This is an excellent hotel for the money paid. Very quiet with lovely views of the mountains. The breakfasts were excellent with great service and friendly staff. The tea boy was never far away. The happy hour at the pool bar was a great success and a good way of meeting other guests.

Tucked away at the end of a side street of the Main road in Patong, this hotel is a fabulous getaway resort. On my arrival, I was greeted with the very friendlly staff and welcomed with a complimentary mocktail. The room I stayed in was one of the oldest in the resort, situated in the garden wing and was bit run down and shabby, so for anyone who is thinking of staying there, I would highly recommend paying that little bit extra to stay in the spa wing. The staff are more than willing to help with any queries and requests and are a great example of welcoming Thai hospitality.

Located at northern part of Patong Beach, it takes about 10 mins walk to both night life area and beach. If you like shopping, it takes 20mins walk to the largest shopping center, Junceylon. Although tucked away from the Patong beach area, the location of the hotel is still the main reason for me to stay in Deevana Patong. Just a stone's throw away from here are Oriental de Phuket (great place for massage) and Hanako (for facial treatment from Tokyo). Cheap and delicious Thai food can be found easily in the area as well. The beach is only 10-minutes away. For the price I paid, this is excellent value.

We stayed 2 weeks in a garden room. The rooms are close to one of the 3 swimmingpools. The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people.
The hotel is located near the centre of Patong but has a quiet location. Breakfast was very

The room (Garden Wing) can be improved with a better layout & newer sink area. It is inconvenient to have the wardrobe in the bathroom. The resort on the whole is above average - the spa is great (a must-try) and there is a wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet. The location is good - near the beach yet not too crowded & noisy. It was easy to book tours at the Tour Desk. If I were to go back, I would try the newer wing (Spa Wing).

Spent a week at the resort, staff and accomodation was average, a little bit of a distance to the beach approx 10 mins walk and nightlife 15 mins walk. The hotel gardens were lovely with the room being cleaned each day if requested. The only downfall was on my last day, I requested a metered taxi to take me to the airport but when it turned up it was a hotel taxi and it cost me 750 baht (£12 approx) but what annoyed me mostly was the fact that a metered taxi would have only cost about 200 baht (£3 approx) 4 times more expensive. I questioned this and expressed my views that I wasn't happy in paying it and was told in their own words that "well dont use this one go to the end of the street and pick a taxi up from the road". To me that was appauling after spending a week in the hotel. I had to take the taxi they offered as I only had an hour window to get to the airport. I will never use this hotel again as they let me down and ripped me off.

we went in a group of three adults and two kids (below ten years old). the rooms were clean and spacious, very ideal rooms. we were given the rooms on the highest corner of the spa wing, which weren't exactly the best if you have shopping bags and tired after all the walkings in patong or phuket town; there are no lifts! our bedroom view's are partially blocked by the wing opposite, leaving little view of the pool. the children enjoyed the pools very much. the internet service in the lobby was always down at all times. we spend two nights in this hotel before moving to another type of hotel for the next two nights for winder experience in Patong, this hotel serves better breakfast spread compared to the other. easy access to outside, and yet private enough to enjoy peace from the buzz of patong noise. two of the adults feel the staff are not asian-friendly.

This place is great! Nice location many large swimming pool and other recreational activities available. The room was clean and the survice good. The only complaint would be that there were only two computers available in the business center and this is a large resort with many people, also not much of a fitness center but there is a good commercial gym a short walk away. All in all you get much more than you paid for. The buffet breakfest is very very good.

We had not stayed at this hotel before but our daughter had and she found it to be excellent as above and we on this occassion also found it great and we would stay here again. The room had all that you would want a balcony over looking the pool etc. The facilities were great we had most at our finger tips. The staff were great they were there when needed not over the top like hanging around they just seemed to know when they were needed. Nice and quite place off the main road set back and very pleasent.

The room was ok but cleanless was poor. although each day they cleaned they did not sweep the floor properlt and did not wash the floor until we told them.
We had a problem upon check out - the credit card communication did not work. The manager was helpless and we were in a hurry to the flight. instead of letting us get to the flight and do telephonic charge, they kept us 40 minutes after our time to leave to the airport with the taxi waiting for us. Eventually we had to run to the ATM and pay cash.
The pool was also not clean

The bathroom was a disappointment, it was poorly lit, no hot water to the hand basin. The shower and toilet area are only divided by a shower curtail with no shower tray, which means that the water from the shower falls into the toilet area making it wet and slippery.
The room was basic and clean. With no frills.
Wi Fi was only available in the reception/ lobby area, the cost was reasonable.
The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.
The breakfast was quite good.

I have chosen this hotel based on the good reviews from the previous travellers... but i was sorry to say it was as great as it seems to me. Though I went during a low season, I was astonished to find out that the hotel is fully booked for most rooms for the spa wing. Sounds great right, but i was deceived.
Breakfast was fairly good, with variety, but only if you are early.
When the staff are busy, they will not bother to attend to your needs and queries.
Room is fairly clean only, cos i can see stains on the white bed sheets, and the table was quite dusty.
this is the 1st hotel that i have stayed in that doesn't comes with a BATHTUB.
When i tried to upgrade from the superior spa wing to the deluxe spa wing, I was faced with staff that don't bother to check their records, and I was even told to check with them on a daily basis whether there's any vacant rooms... they claim they cannot check in advance. Only when i happen to meet one of the supervisors around, then did i know that the deluxe spa wing is fully booked for another 2 weeks, and i can only be put on a waiting list.... Oh my gosh... what kind of stuff did they train in the 1st place????

This is my second stay at the Deevana, my first was fantastic, everything was perfect , I truely enjoyed my stay, but this time around, it left me rather dissapointed. We were not so enthusiastically welcomed. It was welcome drink and follow me to the rooms!
Nevermind that, our request for a specific room was met with a No room available! - when very obvious there were, also, never mind that, our room toilet had the most disgusting smell comming from its' floor trap. Granted, they changed our room on our request, but the spa pool was dirty! Both rooms faced the same problem, they took practically the whole evening to clean it, and we didn't get a chance to use the pools as it was too cold.
I think the wheather overall has dampened the mood over in Phuket. But I would have appreciated some consistency, I was quite dissapointed.

Thank you hoteltravel.com. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Deevana, it was the right choice for us, from the jacuzzi off our balcony terrace, to the wonderful kids' pool with it's elephant shower! It had something for my kids and us .We also certainly felt safe knowing that the hotel was on safer grounds being further in from the beach frontage, but we didn't miss that, being away from the sand, as it was peaceful, and the shops were still within walking distance. The service was also very commendable, they made us feel very welcomed, and they were attentive to our needs. My only complaint, the twin beds were a tad too small for us , but that is excusable as we still had a most wonderful vacation! Thank You!

I chose this resort after I read a lot of the customer comments on a couple of websites and the hotel didn’t disappoint me at all! The building and all the facilities of the hotel are quite new, although the room is a little bit small, but it’s very comfortable to stay. The breakfast is excellent and I did notice there are small changes of food every day. It’s about 10 min walking to the Patong beach and very close to many small outdoor restaurants where the prices are cheaper than those along the beach. It’s no doubt that I will recommend the hotel to any people who wants to have a leisure and happy time in Patong with a reasonable price.

The resort's decor is beautiful and gives a relaxing feel. The room furnishings are very nicely done and makes the room cosy. The jacuzzi (I stayed on ground floor) is also great! Last but not least, the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. But it would have been good if a bathtub can be included in the room!
