This hotel was perfect for our family holiday. The twin water slides made the pool experience excellent. The restaurant was great and the staff very helpful and friendly with no hassles. Surin Beach is close-by and we were sad only to go there on our last day. It was great with many small restaurants, clear, calm water and nice sand. The hotel was a good base for local tours. We had a great holiday and would go back next time. ...

the staff do not speak any english. The slides and pools were the only positive for this resort. Communication is the major let down and the smell from next door is disgusting. Overall i would not stay there again. Many other places to choose where the service and the customer comes first. Maybe start advertising family packages and get the restaurant updated to suit families. Very poor staff at the kids club as they left 2 children (one was mine) in the club for over 35mins by them selves while she went off to a meeting. Appualing to think that my child was safe there - not. Beach over the road (5 min walk) was nice but not safe for kids to swim.

Good hotel for the proposed price. Excellent staff - friendly, helpful. Nice swimming pool with recreations: water football, water sliding tubes. Far from the shopping area, but good clean not crowded beach. Poor noise isolation from the corridor - when handling car with luggage is rigind in the night, noise is strong.

The staff is very friendly and competent and the resort is older, but, clean and well kept. Very much of a family resort primarily frequented by lots of swedes and other northern europeans. Lots of nice people, but, prepeare for a good number of children. The location is across from the beach, but, only a short walk to the sand. If you are interested in a lively night life, this will not be the place for you and you should consider staying in Patong Beach. The pool area is lively and fun and the slides were a nice addition to the amenities. The breakfast area is generally crowded and the food and service are sub-standard for a resort of this quality level. Generally this was a relatively good experience with the foregoing caveats: lots of children, moderate food and service, and a location that requires a walk to the beach. Also, the price is a bit high for the quality level.
