This hotel would be one of the best hotels we have stayed in in phuket. the delux room we stayed in was great,every day it was cleaned to a high standard,all the staff were just great. we haved booked again to stay in september.brian deakin

My wife and I have stayed in Coconut Village for 7 nights.
During our stay, at 4 AM while we slept, a woman thief entered into our room and stolen all our money. This incident has been recorded by the security camera of the hotel and the hotel's manager even presented to me the recorded film. There wasn't a guard in place and the hotel didn't take full responsibility on this case.
It was scary and hurtful.

The ambience is excellent. The staff at the pool counter are great and courteous. Suggestion to change variety of breakfast items daily as several food items are 'fixed'. The Gala Dinner on Christmas eve could have been better arranged. There was no programme mentioned and was performer-centered and the games were inappropriate. Thai songs should be included in the selection - that's the reason why foreigners visit Thailand.BBQ items could also be included in the buffet and 1st drink FOC. Little photo taking by staff and mainly concentrated on 'farangs', making us Asians out of place. Group Photo (by Table) and given as souvenirs would present all guests with sweet memories, and a cause to return again (soon). Long staying guests should be given some concessions (discounts) to promote for their next visit. I would definitely patronise Coconut Village Resort again. Thank You to all the staff at Coconut Village Resort. I did not have the time to say 'Good-bye' to many.

generally it is value for money..but just beware if you are staying at the Deluxe room close to the restaurant, it is very noisy at night and we could not have a good sleep..

This hotel was great except for the fact that SOME of the rooms were very noisy being close to the road on an intersection, but the staff quality more than made up for this small inconvienence.There is a 7/11 within 100m, the otop shopping markets are very close as is the patong market which is on monday and wednesday nights and the hotel is about 300 metres from the beach. All in all i would rate it a 7.5-8.0. Staff i would rate 9.0

Nice resort hotel on the fringe of Patong Beach. Quiet at night but an easy walk or tuk tuk to the nightlife. It is a few blocks from the beach and has a nice pool. Nice value for money.
