Burasari is a great resort style place to stay. The location is 2 minutes from the main beach and about 5 minutes from the nightlife strip. The room we stayed in overlooked the 2nd pool area so it wasnt as noisy. Staff are very polite and attentative. I stayed in the Thai design room and the room was very spacey and traditional. The bathroom however is a little small and dark. The continental breakfast was delicious and the dining area is resort style. The pool area near the reception is a little small with only about 10 sunbeds. The massage service is good however a little over priced. I wou...

Overall the place is Excellent except for the staff there are not very friendly to people, no greetings for us, is quiet different from my experience in Indonesia..Anyway location is so strategic near Bang La Road just walk for 10 minute, and other Patong Beach area crowd...

The hotel stay was pleasant but some minor points to note: The aircon in the room was rather noisy and the position of it was such that it was facing the head of the bed. This was rather uncomfortable as this meant the cold air was blowing at my head throughout the night. Perhaps the hotel might consider rearranging the beds such that this wouldn't happen. Also throughout the hotel compounds, there are lots of plants which also facilitates mosquitoe breeding. More frequent pest control is required to avoid mosquitoes breeding. I got quite a nasty bite on the 2nd day during breakfast time which didn't heeled by the time I left the hotel.

Great Hotel. 10 Mins walking distance from the happening Bangla Road. It's a place recommended to all those people who wants to stay near the happening area but not inside the happening area. Loved the Hotel and its location.,would recommend it to all. The 10 mins walk to the bangla road is filled with shopping outlets, live bands playing at restaurants, coffee and ice cream places. I would rate this as the 3rd best location after Ban Thai and Holiday in, Patong Beach, Phuket.

Great place to stay.Pool areas are bit small, as one side of each pool is taken up by rooms with private poolside access. Rooms are clean, but a bit on the small side compared to other options. But, great atmosphere, excellent fiendly, helpful staff and 1- - 15 minutes walk ffrom bars, cafes, restuarant and shops and 2 minutes from the beach.

The aircon in the room leaks most of the time during my stay in the hotel which, is not comfortable cause the position of the aircon is just above the bed. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay at if u are looking for an oasis in the middle of the busy street Patong.

Atmosphere and staff were excellent, and so were the room and breakfast. Good location, close to the beach. Two downpoints: very little room by the pool, which is reserverd early every morning by people throwing down their towels before they go for breakfast, and Patong is my least favorite beach on Phuket.

The hotel location is excellent being one block from the beach and a short walk to the bars, restuarants and shopping. Beach is not as clean as Karon or Kata, but reasonable. Reception and bar staff service was very poor!!! Staff were not at all helpful and were not truthful on a number of occasions. Be sure to stand your ground as thier first response is usually not a helpful or truthful one!! Restuarant service and quality of breakfast was very good. Overall a good hotel, in a great location which I would visit again.

This hotel was our only disappointment the entire trip. It is beautiful, but staff were inefficient and actually rather dismissive. Also, Patong Beach is a zoo, it reminded us of Daytona Beach during either spring break or bike week.

Our trip to phuket was GREAT...it was beautiful out there and patong beach area is the BEST! The hotel was great..only while we were there the hotel was going through renovations so we heard noises off and on but the hotel was COMPLETE luxury. GREAT value for money.
Breakfast was good only one thing we didnt like that the hotel staff does NOT differentiate pork and chicken/meat..we being muslims CANT eat pork and it gets a little upsetting when we see pork and chicken lying together...should consider muslim reservations!

This was the end of our honeymoon and the Burasari was the perfect way to finish the trip. The hotel is lovely, service great and food some of the best we'd had. It was close enough to walk to everything and yet secluded so we didn't have any street noise. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in this hotel twice. Breakfast is very good. My husband loved their western breakfast very much. We had lunch buffet sometimes, but there are not many choices for food. Compare with the price 99Bs, it is acceptable. The only problem was the 2nd time we checked in. We booked non-smoking room, but they arranged a smoking room for us. Smell was very bad. We only stayed one night for 2nd night, so we did not ask them to change room for us. Overall, it is a nice hotel and it is nearby patong beach. We only need to walk around 5-10mins to find other family restaurants.

I am very satisfied with my stay in Burasari hotel (Phuket) it is such a quiet & relaxing place. The beach, shopping malls & bars are just a walking distance. Checking in/out didn't take much time. The standard room is great and i love the bathroom. The staff are all friendly and though there were times that they couldn't understand english quickly still they have assisted us the best way they can. I would suggest that they should have an efficient english speaking staff at all times to assist guests.

We only stayed at the Burasari for two nights but it was really great. Although it is right at Patong when you are inside the hotel it seems like a little tropical oasis. We stayed in the pool access room and would really have liked to stay longer. Will do so next time.

we'll be back, my two girls and I enjoyed our stay at burasari hotel. clean, and room enough in the room if yuo have a suite. unfortunately my husband had to stay at home ( we had booket for him, 3 days before our journey we had to make a chahges to our resevation- no problems ) but some day we will take him to this wonderful hotel. The food was good there, you dont have to get up early to get breakfast and the staff are kind and they do everything to help solve any problems and there is not long to the beach if you can leave the wondeful pool!!! If they want to go to phuket i'll recommend the hotel because it is a wondefull little hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was the elevator was out of order the 6 days we were there and room was on the 4th floor so it was a climb each time we went up to our room. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and a terrific value. Food was good. The staff helpful and service excellent. Room service is a real bargain compared to hotels in the USA. My daughter and I had a room with 2 single beds which I thought were larger than most twin beds. Would definitely stay there again.
