When we first arrived we were given a pokey little room with no window. After complaining we were assured we would be moved to another room as soon as one became availaible. This turned out to be worth the wait. The room was large and comfortable and overlooking the pool. The position of the hotel is excellent, only 10 mins walk along beach rd to bangla rd yet away from the hustle. Staff are friendly and helpful and most speak english. Pool is nice. Value for money....

Extrem noise if you live in the Rm. 215. There is motor operated from day and night.Conducted lound noise lead to me can not sleep. I asking to change another room, the staff asked me to pay another day room rate. Not friendly at the front desk boy.

BBR was perfectly located, beachfront and walking distance to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, our room was next to the Service Room, so we were woken every morning around 5.30am, which is not what you really wont on a 4 day break from working life and living in hectic Bangkok. Otherwise, the rooms are good, clean, secure and staff were attentive and friendly. I would like to educate/train the waiters at breakfast in almost all Hotels/Resorts in Thaailand to provide the choice of Tea being presented in a tea pot with a tea bag and fresh boiling water and not the stewed jug, that is not even hot with 1 or 2 ta bags that just sit in there all day. My request was granted, and one morning I was asked to pay 50 baht....... After questioning this, it was of course dropped. Otherwise a great location.

I have stayed here in the past and will stay again in the future. I have always felt welcomed and upon arrival was greeted by the word "Welcome" written in green leaves strategically placed across the end of the bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size, clean, well maintained and have all the necessary requirements, though stomping noises from the above room were sometimes disturbing. The hotel is ideally situated across the road from the beach, yet at the end where there is less hussle and bussle, which give a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel, it's great value for money.

Located next to the beach in a quiet part of Patong beach. The breakfast is very basic.The hotel is very basic, quiet location, in a walking distance from the busy part. I recommend it for those that need just a good and cheap place to sleep.

The room is spacious and clean. However, there is construct work right in front of our window, not only blocking our view, but also introduce a lot of noise. Hotel provides airport transport, which is 200 Baht expansive than the price we can get outside. Other than that, the hotel is quite good. Right in front of the sea, near Ocean Plaza. And most importantly, the breakfast is good. Menu is different everyday and it is tasty.

Overall I think that the hotel is ok. The room could have been cleaner as there were a lot of female hairs in the room. One of the cleaners was cleaning another guests room and I asked her a query, she led me into the room and directed me to use the phone. I said no, I didn't think it was appropriate. Perhaps security in that area should be looked at as I would not want another guest using the phone in my room if I was absent. I also found it irritating when walking in Phuket because of the amount of hawkers that contimually pestered me. I walked from the hotel to Soi Bangla one day and was pestered 25 times 18 times for a taxi! When I return next time I will stay at another location away from Patong. I did enjoy my time there and would reccomend this hotel, at the same prices that I was charged. $156A for 6 nights. Hope this information helps in some small way.
