The wifi is only available if you are outside of your room because their signal is low. I was told I could sit by the pool or use their desk top. The breakfast consisted of fettuccini alfredo-who eats that for breakfast? The bacon always appeared undercooked but the omelets were good. We upgraded to a water villa because the deluxe room has just one lamp which makes reading impossible. The water villa was excellent and well worth the few extra baht...

The furniture requires changes and upgrades, the gym poor and major investment is required to bring it to standards. In nut shell people are good but facilities are due for investment

Service was excellent. However value for money on the room type is expensive.

The hotel staff failed to evacuate women with babies first after a tsuanami alert late at night. Other adult guests were ferried away and two couples with a baby each were left until the last trip. The other guests were in the wrong for not giving up seats for the women and babies, but the hotel staff should have ensured that seats were made available.
The hotel also got my booking wrong and tried to say I should be checking out a day early. The comfirmation printout I had from Hoteltravel.com fortunately put them right.
