the location is a liitle off, since the hotel is on the hills, however the friendliness of the staff especially the lady who double up as both the breakfast preparerer and driver. and also the only guy found at the reception of hotel.... our taxi booking did not come on the day of our departure, however with the help of this guy we manage to get one at the very last min at abt 7am, he was willing to take his bike to town to help look for taxi. phuket does not wake up until 10am.....word of advise just book taxi to airport from hotel....
