Very professional, service-oriented staff. Excellent pools and outdoor service (food, drinks) Quiet setting with only a sliver of beach nearby, but it was a bit too far to walk to Kamala Beach and the taxi's were non-negotiable on price. Very pleasant stay and would recommend.

The hotel and surroundings were beautiful. They need to improve their tour desk facilities--many of the guests, including us, were dissatisfied with the quality of the tour desk service as well as the tours themselves. For example, the trip to Kho Phi Phi was definitely not good value for money, and everyone on our trip was very dissapointed. Also, the shuttle service to Patong needs to be improved. But the facility is really lovely. The room was beautiful.

The room is quite. However, it is located a bit far from the beach, no shops around, staff in the mini-supermarket constantly disappears, and left the door locked.
